STANDING ROCK: Continue the fight to #EndFossilFuels by demanding that the Dakota Access Pipeline is shut down once and for all!

The Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) is a risky oil pipeline that threatens drinking water for millions of people when it spills. It was built without adequate Tribal consultation with the Standing Rock Sioux and the Cheyenne River Sioux, and the oil it transports will continue to drive our worsening climate emergency.

>> USE THIS TOOLKIT TO SUBMIT A PUBLIC COMMENT NOW <<

The Dakota Access Pipeline has been operating for several years but is still being contested by the Standing Rock Sioux and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribes. DAPL faced immense international opposition during construction, with tens of thousands of people joining in resistance on the ground. The current public comment period was ordered by the Courts and is a result of the Cheyenne River Tribe’s continuing legal fight against the project.

By taking a few moments to submit public comment to Biden's Army Corps, you can continue to Stand with Standing Rock and demand the shutdown of a pipeline that should never have been built in the first place.

The deadline to submit a comment is November 13th. Full details and resources are compiled here in this toolkit.
